How to Use:

• Before use, clean your eyelashes and wipe them dry. Pull the applicator wand out and wipe off excess product on the rim of the bottle. Start by placing the wand under your upper eyelash and work the product evenly into your lashes. Follow the same procedure with your lower lashes.
