How to Use:

• Before use, clean your eyelashes and wipe them dry. Pull out the applicator wand and wipe off excess product on the bottle's rim. Start by placing the wand under your upper eyelash and work the product evenly into your lashes. Follow the same procedure with your lower lashes.
